ПРАВИЛА НАПРАВЛЕНИЯ, РЕЦЕНЗИРОВАНИЯ И ОПУБЛИКОВАНИЯ НАУЧНЫХ СТАТЕЙ в научно-практическом журнале «Агропромышленные технологии Центральной России»

1. Требования к направленным на публикацию рукописям

Представленные для публикации материалы должны соответствовать научному направлению журнала, быть актуальными, содержать новизну, научную и практическую значимость.

В статье обязательно должна быть представлена следующая информация (на русском и английском языках): индекс Универсальной десятичной классификации (УДК); заголовок, ключевые слова, аннотация, введение, основная часть, выводы, список литературы, сведения об авторах.

Индекс УДК указывают отдельной строкой слева.

Заголовок состоит из ФИО автора/авторов, которые помещают после УДК на отдельной строке слева, и названия статьи. Название статьи приводят перед статьей, по центру, прописными буквами.

Ключевые слова должны соответствовать теме статьи и отражать ее предметную область. Количество ключевых слов не должно быть меньше 3 и более 7.

Аннотация: рекомендуемый объем – 200–250 слов, не более 2000 символов. Аннотацию не следует начинать с повторения названия статьи. Аннотация должна содержать следующую информацию: цель исследования, методы, результаты (желательно с приведением количественных данных), выводы. В аннотации не допускается разбивка на абзацы и использование вводных слов и оборотов.

Материал в статье следует излагать структурировано, выделяя следующие разделы: введение, основная часть, выводы.

Введение: изложение имеющихся результатов в данной области исследования и целей работы, направленных на достижение новых знаний.

Основная частьимеет следующие разделы: объекты и методы исследований, результаты исследований.

Выводы: указываются результаты исследования, их теоретическое или практическое значение.

Список литературы составляется в алфавитном порядке согласно ГОСТ 7.1–84 «Библиографическое описание документа. Общие требования и правила составления». Каждая позиция списка литературы должна содержать: для книг – фамилии и инициалы всех авторов, точное название книги, год, издательство и место издания, номера (или общее число) страниц, а для журнальных статей – фамилии и инициалы всех авторов, название статьи и название журнала, год выхода, том, номер журнала и номера страниц. Литературу на иностранном языке следует писать на языке оригинала без сокращений после русскоязычной литературы в алфавитном порядке. Схема описания электронного ресурса в списке литературы следующая: авторы, название источника, издательство или название журнала или сборника, год, номер (если есть), номера страниц, электронный адрес, дата обращения. Электронные ресурсы не оформляются отдельным списком, а включаются в перечень источников на русском или иностранном языке.

В списке литературы допускаются только общепринятые сокращения. Указание в списке всех цитируемых работ в статье обязательно.

Оформление сносок: сноски на литературу проставляются внутри статьи в квадратных скобках после цитаты.

В списке литературы за общим списком источников через интервал должен быть оформлен этот же список на английском языке в той последовательности источников, которая была в первоначальном.

В сведениях об авторе указываются ФИО автора/авторов (полностью), звание, ученая степень, должность, место работы (официальное название учреждения), почтовый адрес для отправки сборника, e-mail.

Количество публикаций одного автора в одном выпуске не более 2 статей, выполненных индивидуально, или не более 3-х статей, выполненных в соавторстве.

Особое внимание авторов обращаем на качество перевода заголовка, ключевых слов, аннотации, списка источников и сведений об авторах. Перевод должен быть обязательно сделан профессиональным переводчиком или носителем языка, имеющим необходимую компетенцию. Перевод с помощью автоматизированного переводчика не допускается. При низком качестве перевода статья может быть отклонена от печати.

ВНИМАНИЕ: Авторы несут полную ответственность за достоверность и оригинальность информации, предоставленной в рукописи. Все рукописи проходят проверку на наличие заимствований в системе «Антиплагиат». Оригинальность рукописи должна быть не менее 70 %, в противном случае рукопись будет возвращена без права опубликования. При обнаружении нарушения авторских прав или плагиата будет проведена ретракция опубликованных статей в соответствии с правилами COPE.

Технические требования к оформлению рукописи

Файл в формате *.doc и *.pdf. Формат листа – А4 (210 x 297 мм), все поля по 20 мм. Шрифт: размер (кегль) – 14, тип – Times New Roman. Межстрочный интервал – одинарный. Абзацный отступ – 1,25 мм.

Редактор формул – MathTypeEquation (версии 5-7). Шрифт в стиле основного текста – Times New Roman; переменные – курсив, греческие – прямо, матрица-вектор – полужирный; русские – прямо. Размеры в математическом редакторе (в порядке очередности): обычный – 10 pt, крупный – индекс – 8 pt, мелкий индекс – 7 pt, крупный символ – 16 pt, мелкий символ – 10 pt.

Рисунки, выполненные в графическом редакторе, подавать исключительно в форматах *.jpeg, *.doc (сгруппированные, толщина линии не менее 0,75 pt). Ширина рисунка – не более 11,5 см. Они размещаются в рамках рабочего поля. Рисунки должны допускать перемещение в тексте и возможность изменения размеров. Используемое в тексте сканированное изображение должно иметь разрешение не менее 300 точек на дюйм. Сканированные формулы, графики и таблицы не допускаются. Обратите внимание, что в конце названия рисунка точка не ставится.

Таблицы в тексте должны быть выполнены в редакторе Microsoft Word (не отсканированные и не в виде рисунка). Таблицы должны располагаться в пределах рабочего поля. Форматирование номера таблицы и ее названия: шрифт – обычный, размер – 12 пт, выравнивание – по центру. Обратите внимание, что в конце названия таблицы точка не ставится. Содержимое таблицы – шрифт обычный, размер – 12 пт, интервал – одинарный.

Все страницы рукописи с вложенными таблицами и рисунками должны быть пронумерованы (в счет страниц рукописи входят таблицы, рисунки, подписи к рисункам, список литературы, сведения об авторах).

Минимальное количество страниц в статье – 8.

Максимальное количество страниц – 20.

Редакция оставляет за собой право не включать в журнал статьи, не соответствующие требованиям (в том числе к объему текста, оформлению таблиц и иллюстраций).

ОБРАЗЕЦ ОФОРМЛЕНИЯ СТАТЬИ

2. Авторские права

Авторы имеют возможность лично просмотреть электронный макет статьи перед выпуском журнала и внести последние правки. Отсутствие ответа со стороны авторов снимает ответственность редакции за недочеты в статье. Редакция оставляет за собой право производить необходимую правку и сокращения по согласованию с автором. Рукописи не возвращаются. Авторы не могут претендовать на выплату гонорара. Авторы имеют право использовать материалы журнала в их последующих публикациях при условии, что будет сделана ссылка на публикацию в журнале «Агропромышленные технологии Центральной России».

3. Рубрики

Объем и рубрики каждого номера журнала «Агропромышленные технологии Центральной России» варьируются в зависимости от содержания поступившего материала, тематики, задач. Основные рубрики журнала:

• Технология хранения и переработки сельскохозяйственных продуктов
• Общее земледелие и растениеводство
• Механизация и кластеризация АПК

Соответствие рубрик журнала «Агропромышленные технологии Центральной России» номенклатуре научных специальностей, по которым присуждаются ученые степени.

4. Комплектность материалов, направленных для публикации в журнал

• рукопись статьи (*.doc и *.pdf);
• рецензия доктора наук по научному направлению статьи, подписанная и обязательно заверенная печатью организации;

• члены редакционной коллегии журнала «Агропромышленные технологии Центральной России»
  Статьей члена редакционной коллегии считается статья, в которой член редакционной коллегии выступает в качестве единственного автора. Если в статье члена редакционной коллегии есть соавторы, то публикация не является «статьей члена редакционной коллегии» и оплата за нее осуществляется с учетом долевого участия. Количество бесплатных публикаций членов редакционной коллегии журнала – не более 2 статей в год.

• ведущие ученые, статьи которых имеют высокую научно-практическую значимость (по согласованию с заместителями главного редактора и после утверждения главным редактором).
  Ведущими учеными признаются лица, имеющие следующие документально подтвержденные результаты научной деятельности за 5 лет, предшествующие публикации:

1. количество статей в международных цитатно-аналитических базах данных Web of Sciencе и Scopus – не менее 5;
2. количество статей в Перечне рецензируемых научных изданий РФ, в которых должны быть опубликованы основные научные результаты диссертаций на соискание ученой степени кандидата наук, доктора наук на основании данных РИНЦ («Перечень ВАК») – не менее 8;
3. количество рецензируемых монографий в области знаний, соответствующих научной специальности ученого, – не менее 1;
4. индекс Хирша – не менее 10.

В одном номере журнала принято ограничение на количество бесплатных публикаций:

• количество публикаций аспирантов и докторантов не должно превышать 5 статей;
• количество публикаций членов редакционной коллегии не должно превышать 5 статей;
• количество публикаций ведущих ученых не должно превышать 3 статей.

РЕЦЕНЗИРОВАНИЕ

Порядок рецензирования рукописей научных статей, поступивших в редакцию журнала «Агропромышленные технологии Центральной России».

1. Рукописи научных статей, поступившие в редакцию, проходят обязательное рецензирование с целью их экспертной оценки.
2. Председатель редакционного совета определяет соответствие рукописи статьи профилю журнала и требованиям к оформлению.
3. После рассмотрения рукописи статьи на заседании редакционной коллегии рукопись направляется на рецензирование специалисту (доктору или кандидату наук), имеющему наиболее близкую к теме статьи научную специализацию. Все рецензенты являются признанными специалистами по тематике рецензируемых материалов и имеют в течение последних 3 лет публикации по тематике рецензируемых статей. Если статья не соответствует профилю журнала, то автору сообщается о невозможности ее публикации.
4. Тип рецензирования — двустороннее слепое (анонимное). Присланные рецензентам рукописи являются частной собственностью авторов и содержат сведения, не подлежащие разглашению. Рецензентам не разрешается делать копии статей, а также передавать статьи на рецензирование другому лицу.
5. Срок рецензирования составляет не более четырех недель.
6. Рецензент оценивает:

• соответствие содержания статьи ее названию;
• структуру статьи (предмет исследования, постановка задачи, ход проведения исследований, результаты и выводы);
• наличие в статье научной или технической новизны;
• достоинства и недостатки статьи.

7. Рецензент дает заключение о целесообразности публикации статьи:

• принять статью;
• принять статью с незначительной доработкой — автору направляется текст рецензии с предложением внести необходимые изменения и дополнения в статью или аргументировано опровергнуть замечания рецензента, затем рукопись статьи рассматривается на заседании редакционной коллегии на предмет выполнения требований рецензента;
• рассмотреть статью повторно после серьезной переработки — автору направляется текст рецензии с предложением переработки статьи, затем переработанная автором статья направляется на повторное рецензирование;
• отклонить статью — мотивированный отказ направляется автору, к повторному рассмотрению статья не принимается.

8. Текст рецензии предоставляется автору по его запросу, а также в Высшую аттестационную комиссию РФ по соответствующему запросу без подписи и указания фамилии, должности и места работы рецензента.
9. Рукописи статей, принятых к публикации, автору не возвращаются.
10. Рукописи статей, не принятых к публикации, вместе с текстом мотивированного отказа, возвращаются автору.
11. Рецензии, а также все сопроводительные документы (авторское заявление, экспертное заключение) хранятся в Издательстве и в редакции журнала в течение 5 лет.

Процедура рецензирования и утверждения статей занимает от одного до двух месяцев, далее статьи публикуются в порядке очередности. Редколлегия может принимать решение о внеочередной публикации статьи.

Подготовка статьи к публикации, проводимая редакцией журнала, состоит в литературном и техническом редактировании. Редакторскиеправкисогласуютсясавторами.

RULES OF REFERRAL, REVIEW AND PUBLICATIONS OF SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES in the scientific and practical journal «Agro-industrial technologies of Central Russia»

1. Requirements for manuscripts submitted for publication

The materials submitted for publication must correspond to the scientific direction of the journal, be relevant, contain novelty, scientific and practical significance.

The following information must be provided in the article (in Russian and English): Universal Decimal Classification Index (UDC); title, keywords, abstract, introduction, main part, conclusions, references, information about the authors.

The UDC index is indicated in a separate line on the left.

The titleconsists of the full name of the author /authors, which are placed after the UDC on a separate line on the left, and the title of the article. The title of the article is given before the article, in the center, in capital letters.

Keywordsshould correspond to the topic of the article and reflect its subject area. The number of keywords shouldnot be less than 3 and more than 7.

Abstract: the recommended volume is 200-250 words, no more than 2000 characters. The abstract should not begin with repeating the title of the article. The abstract should contain the following information: the purpose of the study, methods, results (preferably with quantitative data), conclusions. The annotation may not be divided into paragraphs and the use of introductory words and phrases.

The material in the article should be presented in a structured manner, highlighting the following sections: introduction, main part, conclusions.

Introduction: presentation of the available results in this field of research and the objectives of the work aimed at achieving new knowledge.

The main parthas the following sections: objects and methods of research, research results.

Conclusions: the results of the study, their theoretical or practical significance are indicated.

The list of references is compiled in alphabetical order according to GOST 7.1-84 «Bibliographic description of the document. General requirements and rules of implementation». Each item of the list of references should contain: for books – the names and initials of all authors, the exact title of the book, year, publisher and place of publication, numbers (or total number) pages, and for journal articles - the surnames and initials of all authors, the title of the article and the name of the journal, the year of publication, volume, number of the journal and page numbers. Literature in a foreign language should be written in the original language without abbreviations after the Russian-language literature in alphabetical order. The scheme of the description of an electronic resource in the list of references is as follows: authors, the name of the source, publisher or the name of the journal or collection, year, number (if any), page numbers, email address, date of circulation. Electronic resources are not issued in a separate list, but are included in the list of sources in Russian or a foreign language.

Only generally accepted abbreviations are allowed in the list of references. The indication in the list of all cited works in the article is mandatory.

Making footnotes: footnotes to the literature are placed inside the article in square brackets after the quotation.

In the list of references, after the general list of sources, the same list in English should be drawn up at intervals in the sequence of sources that was in the original.

In the information about the author, the full name of the author / authors (in full), title, academic degree, position, place of work (official name of the institution), postal address for sending the collection, e-mail are indicated.

The number of publications of one author in one issue is no more than 2 articles made individually, or no more than 3 articles made in co-authorship.

We pay special attention to the quality of the translation of the title, keywords, annotation, list of sources and information about the authors. The translation must be made by a professional translator or a native speaker with the necessary competence. Translation using an automated translator is not allowed. If the quality of the translation is low, the article may be rejected from printing.

ATTENTION: The authors are fully responsible for the accuracy and originality of the information provided in the manuscript. All manuscripts are checked for the presence of borrowings in the «Anti-Plagiarism» system. The originality of the manuscript must be at least 70%, otherwise the manuscript will be returned without the right of publication. If copyright infringement or plagiarism is detected, the published articles will be retracted in accordance with the COPE rules.

Technical requirements for the design of the manuscript

File in *.doc and *.pdf format. The sheet format is A4 (210 x 297 mm), all margins are 20 mm. Font: size (size) – 14, type – Times New Roman. The inter-line interval is single. Paragraph indentation – 1.25 mm.

The formula editor is MathTypeEquation (versions 5-7). Font in the style of the main text - Times New Roman; variables – italics, Greek – straight, matrix-vector – bold; Russian – straight. Dimensions in the mathematical editor (in order of priority): regular – 10 pt, large – index – 8 pt, small index – 7 pt, large symbol – 16 pt, small symbol – 10 pt.

Drawings made in a graphic editor should be submitted exclusively in *.jpeg, *.doc formats (grouped, line thickness not less than 0.75 pt). The width of the drawing is no more than 11.5 cm. They are placed within the working field. Drawings should allow movement in the text and the possibility of resizing. The scanned image used in the text must have a resolution of at least 300 dots per inch. Scanned formulas, graphs and tables are not allowed. Please note that there is no dot at the end of the picture name.

The tables in the text must be executed in the Microsoft Word editor (not scanned and not in the form of a picture). Tables should be located within the working field. Formatting of the table number and its name: font – normal, size – 12 pt, alignment – centered. Please note that there is no dot at the end of the table name. Table contents – regular font, size – 12 pt, interval – single.

All pages of the manuscript with nested tables and figures should be numbered (the pages of the manuscript include tables, figures, figure captions, references, information about the authors).

The minimum number of pages in the article is 8.

The maximum number of pages is 20.

The editorial board reserves the right not to include articles in the journal that do not meet the requirements (including the volume of the text, the design of tables and illustrations).

2. Copyright

Authors have the opportunity to personally view the electronic layout of the article before the issue of the journal and make the latest edits. The absence of a response from the authors removes the responsibility of the editorial board for the shortcomings in the article. The editorial board reserves the right to make the necessary edits and abbreviations in agreement with the author. Manuscripts are not returned. The authors cannot claim a fee. The authors have the right to use the materials of the journal in their subsequent publications, provided that a reference is made to the publication in the journal «Agro-industrial Technologies of Central Russia».

3. Categories

The volume and headings of each issue of the journal "Agro-industrial Technologies of Central Russia" vary depending on the content of the received material, topics, tasks. The main headings of the magazine:

• Technology of storage and processing of agricultural products
• General agriculture and crop production
• Mechanization and clustering of agro-industrial complex

Compliance of the headings of the journal «Agro-industrial Technologies of Central Russia» with the nomenclature of scientific specialties in which academic degrees are awarded.

4. Completeness of materials sent for publication in the journal

• the manuscript of the article (*.doc and *.pdf);
• the review of the Doctor of sciences in the scientific direction of the article, signed and necessarily stamped by the organization;
• certificate from the Department of postgraduate studies to confirm the status of a postgraduate student (for free publication);

6. The right to free publication in the journal has:

• graduate students

An article of a graduate student is considered an article in which the graduate student acts as the sole author (in accordance with the criteria for inclusion in the List of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation). If a graduate student has co-authors, then the article is not a «graduate student's article» and payment for it is carried out in full;

• doctoral students of the Bunin Yelets State University

The article of the doctoral student of the I.A. Bunin Yelets State University is considered to be an article in which the doctoral student acts as the sole author. If a doctoral student has co-authors, then the article is not a «doctoral student's article» and payment for it is carried out in full.

• members of the editorial board of the journal «Agro-industrial Technologies of Central Russia»

An article by a member of the editorial board is considered to be an article in which a member of the editorial board acts as the sole author. If there are co-authors in the article of a member of the editorial board, then the publication is not an «article of a member of the editorial board» and payment for it is carried out taking into account equity participation. The number of free publications of members of the editorial board of the journal is no more than 2 articles per year.

• leading scientists whose articles have high scientific and practical significance (in agreement with the deputy editor-in-chief and after approval by the editor-in-chief).

Leading scientists are recognized as persons who have the following documented results of scientific activity for 5 years prior to publication:

1. The number of articles in the international citation and analytical databases Web of Science and Scopus – at least 5;
2. The number of articles in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications of the Russian Federation, in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Sciences should be published based on the data of the RSCI («List of the Higher Attestation Commission») - at least 8;
3. The number of peer-reviewed monographs in the field of knowledge corresponding to the scientific specialty of the scientist is at least 1;
4. The Hirsch index is at least 10.

There is a limit on the number of free publications in one issue of the journal:

• the number of publications of postgraduates and doctoral students should not exceed 5 articles;
• the number of publications of members of the editorial board should not exceed 5 articles;
• the number of publications of leading scientists should not exceed 3 articles.

REVIEWING

The procedure for reviewing manuscripts of scientific articles submitted to the editorial office of the journal «Agro-industrial Technologies of Central Russia».

1. Manuscripts of scientific articles submitted to the editorial office are subject to mandatory re-censorship for the purpose of their expert evaluation.
2. The Chairman of the editorial Board determines the compliance of the manuscript of the article with the profile of the journal and the design requirements.
3. After reviewing the manuscript of the article at the meeting of the editorial board, the manuscript is sent for review to a specialist (doctor or candidate of sciences) who has the scientific specialization closest to the topic of the article. All reviewers are recognized experts on the subject of peer-reviewed materials and have had publications on the subject of peer-reviewed articles for the last 3 years. If the article does not correspond to the profile of the journal, the author is informed about the impossibility of its publication.
4. The type of review is two-way blind (anonymous). The manuscripts sent to the reviewers are the private property of the authors and contain information that is not subject to disclosure. Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of articles, as well as to transfer articles for review to another person.
5. The review period is no more than four weeks.
6. The reviewer evaluates:

• compliance of the content of the article with its title;
• the structure of the article (the subject of the study, the statement of the problem, the course of the research, the results and conclusions);
• the presence of scientific or technical novelty in the article;
• advantages and disadvantages of the article.

7. The reviewer gives an opinion on the expediency of publishing the article:

• accept the article;
• accept the article with minor revision - the text of the review is sent to the author with a proposal to make the necessary changes and additions to the article or to refute the reviewer's comments in a reasoned manner, then the manuscript of the article is considered at a meeting of the editorial board for compliance with the requirements of the reviewer;
• review the article again after serious revision - the author is sent the text of the review with a proposal to revise the article, then the article revised by the author is sent for re-review;
• reject the article - a reasoned refusal is sent to the author, the article is not accepted for reconsideration.

8. The text of the review is provided to the author upon his request, as well as to the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation upon request without a signature and indication of the surname, position and place of work of the reviewer.
9. Manuscripts of articles accepted for publication are not returned to the author.
10. Manuscripts of articles not accepted for publication, together with the text of a reasoned refusal, are returned to the author.
11. Reviews, as well as all accompanying documents (author's statement, expert opinion) are stored in the Publishing House and in the editorial office of the journal for 5 years.

The procedure for reviewing and approving articles takes from one to two months, then the articles are published in order of priority. The editorial board may decide on the extraordinary publication of the article.

The preparation of the article for publication, carried out by the editorial board of the journal, consists in literary and technical editing. Editorial edits are agreed with the authors.
